broken fridgelack of toiletries
the tv did not function i complained at reception there was no offer of compensation. there were no toiletries in the bathroom i think this is the minimum for this supposed standard. the rooftop is only for penthouse guests this detail was not in the description the mini fridge was broken and empty. i expected more from this hotel especially given the price i see in the comments it was not a one off incident

a fairly average experience
wifi issuesdaily service fee
the lack of wifi was quite inconvenient it seems they advertise it but it barely worked i had to rely on my cellular data all the time there was also a daily "service fee" they charged i didn't quite understand what it covered since basic amenities seemed to be missing i even had to ask for the trash to be emptied it was a bit annoying
